Joy Matashi is a multidisciplinary artist who works at the intersection of hair and architecture. In her previous work i.e. SharpCraft (see above.) She uses the medium of collage, focusing on specific African forms, to challenge the dichotomies between art and craft, vernacular and contemporary architecture on both a global and local scale.
